Some YouTubers I Follow Part Eight

Part eight in this series of blog posts in which I write about YouTube channels I follow!

Kimi no Station: The Home of City Pop

This channel uploads obscure city pop albums for people to listen to. I'd recommend listening through all of them, but this collection of artistsseems like a reasonable place to start!

Techmoan

Like old / obsolete technology? Me too! How about Hi-Fi equipment? Agreed! You know who else loves this stuff? Techmoan! I think the first videos of his I watched were the two part series on high-definition LaserDisc. If you had a ton of money and lived in Japan in the early 90s you could experience HD video in your own home before anyone else! One thing that I love is the look of HD videos from it's early days. Just something about it is cool.

Anyways Techmoan has tons of videos telling you all about old consumer technologies that the world has (at least for the most part) moved on from. Check him out!

KemushiChan ロレッタ

A channel all about life in Japan and learning Japanese! Topics from travel vlog type videos to language learning tips are covered on this channel created by a woman who moved to Japan to do a Masters degree.

Micaela ミカエラ

This YouTube channel is run by a Canadian woman now living in Fukuoka, Japan. She doesn't post super often but they are good quality videos showing off a lesser known part of Japan. A cool videos of hers is one at a night market in Fukuoka.

This is actual the final part in this series of posts (at least for now). Hope you found something to enjoy among the recommendations!

This is my day 67 post for #100daystooffload
